Training session for new volunteers who have submitted a volunteer application.

To volunteer at the Chatham Area Public Library, you must be at least 14 years old and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Prospective volunteers must submit a volunteer application, which can be found on our website here. Paper applications are also available at the circulation desk.

New volunteers are required to attend a 1-hour training session before volunteering at the library. If you are unable to attend any of the regularly scheduled sessions, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@chathamlib.org to set up another time for training.
