Kevin Martlage from Nextier Advisors will discuss how to embrace career changes and challenges. He will go over identifying your Holland Codes, transferable skills, and completing a personal SWOT analysis and how those can help you in your career change. Even if you’re not planning on changing careers, this class will help you think more about your career goals and plans
